So I just went here about an hour ago ordered a Big Mac no cheese no onions no lettuce for my autistic son. Upon opening the box and inspecting the burger the bottom patty was bitten!!! A large adult bite!!! I went back and all I wanted was my money back but was offered nothing as far as customer service goes!! The staff was giving me the side eye and there was a heavyset female employee in all black with some stickers on her face laughing looking at me around the corner like it was funny! The cameras need to be watched to see who gave me that food!! The manager on duty man with glasses and a green reflective vest on said sorry very lowly as a whisper almost. Unprofessional!! Who gives somebody good that’s been eaten! You don’t do that! It’s considered a bio hazard!! What if my son would have eaten that and contracted herpes!! I’m filing a formal complaint with corporate!!

McDonald’s open 24/7? A joke. We came at 12 just to buy COOKIES and they refused to answer us through the drive through or at any of the pay stations. All there cars are parked outside and we saw them through the windows they just chose not to answer. If not your open 24/7 don’t put your open 24/7? Easy as that! What a joke of employees.

Boy it was so hot! and guess what? the lines were long but went pretty fast until I had to stop the line to pay for the next lucky car behind me...But I think it was worthwhile for that Lucky car. Drive up cashier was Very Friendly, and The Hand out Employee who gave you your order also Very Friendly, Patient... Good Job.

Went for lunch and ordered 2 meals with a happy meal. My happy meal had hair in the chicken nuggets and you can tell the fries and meat were old. The customer service was great. Didn't catch his name but he was very polite and helpful. The manager working named Fabi needs leadership improvement and have everyone work as a team instead of assigning multiple duties to one person. I can’t get my food until that one person comes back from taking out food to parked cars or making a drink when the manager or another employee can simply help do it.

The food was over cooked and had hard spots I had to pull a lot of the coating off just so I could try an eat the inside.. The Frye were hard and crunchy when I went to the counter to tell them I was ignored most of the tables were dirty .
