I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Church’s Chicken location in Long Beach. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect, and that did not happen. I ordered the Tuesday special (three pieces of chicken with a biscuit) and used my rewards points for a free mashed potatoes. When I received the mashed potatoes, the container was barely filled. I politely asked the employee if she could add a little more. She responded that all portions were the same and brought another pre-filled container from the warmer. I then asked if she could simply add a small scoop to the one I had. Instead, she gave me an even smaller portion and stated that “corporate” instructed them to serve it that way. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. The situation became even more concerning when she began making assumptions about me, saying that I “come in there and do this all the time,” which is not true. I calmly explained that she was mistaken, but she continued and even tried to identify me based on my appearance. I found this behavior offensive and inappropriate. I have only been to that location once before in over seven years, and that visit was uneventful. This experience, however, was completely unacceptable. No customer should feel disrespected or unfairly judged while simply trying to order food. I would like this issue to be addressed seriously, including proper staff training on customer service and respectful communication. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope steps are taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers.

Horrible customer service. If you dont speak Spanish they could careless to talk to you. Refrying obviously old chicken right in front of us. Placed a mobile order why I was 3 cities away. Did this because I was seriously in a time crunch and needed to feed the family. Just to arrive there after 25 mins for them to have the order up on their order board but not prepare it at all and I was told I would have to wait then told verbally they didnt prepare it. We love churches chicken. Have Popeyes literally im walking distance but we always prefer churches. First and last time ever going to this location though.

Every single time I come they are super rude. They always get my order wrong and give attitude when I address the problem. I don’t understand the need to be so rude to the customers. Every now and then it’s understandable to have a bad day or moment but EVERY single interaction I’ve had has not been nice. Especially Holly and the older mexican lady and the younger black woman. The only reason I go back is because my daughter is autistic and loves their food. If it wasn’t for her I would never return here.

Really bad customer service!!!!!! I placed my order at 2:45pm today and the estimate ready time of my order was 2:55pm, I came in at 3pm and I was told that supposedly my order wasn’t received. After some minutes passed a young lady asked me for my name and she saw on the screen that my order was on there!!!! So basically nobody saw my order on the screen and didn’t start it. And to add to this, one of the employees was responding to me with a super nasty attitude when I was presenting myself in a kind and calm manner. I did notice a guy customer before me was verbally harassing her and the young lady employee and I understand her frustration on that but there was no need to respond to me in a really nasty way because I didn’t do anything to her and plus they delayed my order.

FAST GREAT SERVICE, ordered online and called to confirm the order for company event. Osvaldo offered great delivery service and the team was on top to ensure the order got deliver.
