Was told I must drink my coffee, inside and not in my car in the parking lot in order to get a refill, due to theft. I've been coming here for years and the staff knows me. I told them that I've been in the car and they said "we know." The manager was not there and they were probably just following his order BUT they could've just given me my usual refill and been done with it, instead of creating an issue. Under no circumstance, is anyone here telling me where to sit, in order to get served. I DO NOT answer to anyone working here. I'm a CUSTOMER and NOT AN EMPLOYEE !!! McDonald's theft problem, isn't my problem and I'm not going to be inconvenienced over it. I'm a Seal Beach resident who's been eating here for years. I'll never come here again.

This is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever seen in. Not only is the food lousy, crew rude, store dirty but to add insult to injury they are incapable of opening at the time advertised. On their door it's posted 6AM dining room available. On 2-3 occasions I've continually been informed at the door that they don't open until 6:30AM. If that's the time they open if the business is incapable of posting the correct time then at no point in time will they receive any of my hard earned money. 1 time, 2 times maybe I would understand but I haven't been here in over 6 wks & once again it's 6:30AM. Told I can use drive thru. I can read English. If I wanted to do that then I would. NEVER AGAIN!

Today at 10:45 pm on December 22, 2025 we had a phenomenal employee at the drive thru who asked to remain anonymous, gave exceptional service and really made my day. Before I met him my life was shrouded with darkness. But now, it is full of joy, thank you so much John Doe.

Greed charging now almost $4 for machine made ice cream and the lady I think she was some assistant manager cheaps out and don't feel the cup to the top. I wish a machine would made that ice cream mesuared portion so the customer would walk out happy! US Greed :-(

Just past through drive thru and the employee told me to wait and I waited more than 5 minutes for them to take my order, mind you, no car was infront of me! Everyone behind me started going to Taco bell, Because they were taking too long to take orders. I ended up leaving as well.
