I really hope this doesn’t happen to anyone ever again.. I ordered very late and I guess that’s my fault. But seriously, the lettuce was brown and it smelled SO bad. 😭😭

Friendly staff. Nice and somewhat clean restaurant. Ordering was easy on one of their many self serve kiosks. Ordered to table. They called out my order at the counter for pick up. I did not pick up as I ordered to table. A little later the order was delivered to my table. Food tasted fine but could have been a little warmer.

I stopped by this morning to pick up breakfast for my office, and unfortunately their system was down at the time. Even though they weren’t able to process orders the usual way, the team handled the situation so well. The lady inside immediately jumped in to help and tried multiple different ways to make the payment work. She was patient, calm, and genuinely trying to find a solution instead of just turning me away. I ended up coming inside to sign, and they were able to help me place the order manually. Everyone was very kind, accommodating, and professional throughout the whole situation. They even offered me a free drink for the inconvenience, which I truly appreciated. I already come to this location often because it’s close to my house, but today’s customer service gave it an extra boost. Amazing team — I’ll definitely keep coming back!

I do admit that they had been a remodel and a change since the last time.I have been there. But customer service is awful. The atmosphere was nice, but the restaurant was dirty. There was no help. The service and the order was terribly wrong.

I placed an order at the kiosk and used my receipt to complete the survey for a free burger on my next purchase. When I went to place the second order, another customer began cursing at me and questioning why I was ordering more food after already receiving an order. I calmly explained that I had a coupon and was placing a separate order. He then became aggressive and attempted to fight me. During the incident, the security guard stood by and did nothing to de-escalate the situation. Instead, he initially tried to remove me before properly assessing what was happening. He also appeared distracted on his phone and did not handle the matter professionally. The manager was ultimately helpful, but the situation should never have been allowed to escalate that far. I would like to report the security guard who was working around 1:00 PM on April 13, 2026, and request that this incident be reviewed
