Drive thru was long waited in line like 10 minutes before my order was placed. I ordered 2 McDoubles a large fry and a medium sweet tea. When I got my food it was cold and incorrect. I called to speak to the manager about my order. I asked for her name She said Carolyn. I explained what was the issue how my food was cold and my order was incorrect and instead of her apologizing and saying I’m sorry for the inconvenience I basically had to ask her if my whole order can be replaced and all she replied was oh I just need your name. No customer service skills or anything. She didn’t even say oh if I’m not here when you come your name will be in the office for other managers to see. Once they replace my order I will not be going back to this location. I feel cheated and like it was a waste of my time and money. The amount that I paid and the quality of my food and service could’ve been much better than the service that I received.

The floors and tables are dirty. We ate inside. It is very unsanitary to eat under this condition. They should constantly clean after each customer. This is a restaurant where food is served. 2/7/26 at 3:30 p.m.

This is the second time I have had an issue with the same manager. Carol should never work in customer service ever. First of all things happen sometimes there is missing food. We are all human and these things happen. Were we annoyed? Yes because that means one of has to go back and get the missing food so everyone eats. We did not order food for a family of 5 plus desserts just to go back and try and get free 10 piece nuggets. That is a waste of time. My young daughter went back to let them know we were missing the nuggets. This manager, CAROL, spoke to my daughter so rude and was denying her the nuggets saying "she knows for a fact the nuggets were in there because she packed them herself" then proceeded to tell her the wrong order. When my daughter corrected the order, Carol demanded the receipt. Tell me, what is that going to do? If we wanted a free 10 piece what is the receipt going to do? My daughter calls my husband from McDonalds and when he got on the phone telling my daughter to get her name, Carol then said she will give them to her this time but that she knows she packed them. So my daughter gets home tells me this absurd situation over 10 Chicken Nuggets! I called the McDonald's immediately, I ask the person who answered the phone if I could please have the managers name this person asked what the reason is. I said I would just like to know the managers name. She again said there needs to be a reason to get the name. So I already know at this point that this is the person that was so rude to my daughter, and I say this to her and said so can I have your name, she said let me explain- I cut her off and said I do not need an explanation my daughter already explained and now I just need your name! She said - like a little kid- you don't need to know my name ok thank you BYE !! and proceeds to Hang Up On Me! (How old are you???- ridiculous) I drove to the McDonald's myself and asked the person in the drive thru what the managers name was and this how I know it was the same manager that l previous had an issue with! When they had to close early due to staff shortage and stated this to me At my car, after I had been waiting for curbside pick up for Maybe about 5 minutes. She was OUTSIDE putting cones in The drive-thru to close it. She couldn't bring the food and then closed the drive thru? (work smarter not harder) I asked if she could just bring it since I had already been there. She said No and if I wanted I could cancel. I said what, no?? That wasn't the issue. Then I asked if I could just go up to the window since I had been waiting she said no that if I did that I would not get my food. So I had to wait In the long line to get my food I had already confirmed I was there for curbside - I then totally understood why everyone called out because no body would want to work for such a disgusting person who wants to continually argue with customers. I can only imagine how she treats the employees. This is my regular McDonald's- I have lived near by for 10 years! And this is only the 2nd time I have had an issue and lo and behold it's the same manager. Some people should Never work in customer service. If you don't like your job find a new one don't project your misery onto others.

Decided to go in and order. Took my time playing with the kiork so I can see the prices. I was surprised that the spicy chicken is actually spicy chicken. Other mcdee places just add the spicy sauce on the chicken and called it spicy chicken. Satisfied with my quick meal of less than $5.

Nice little play place it was quiet. Good place to bring our children on rainy or hot 🔥 days.
