Delivery is awful here! If you wait in the drive through like the other Mc Donald's tell u to then they will let you wait and go all the way through and tell you have to go to the window. Upon going to the window waiting outside there will be blasting music. The worker will already be upset due to other drivers complaining. The food won't be ready. You will get in trouble with uber for excessive wait time. Idk if they will take it out on the customer and then the best part, you will be harassed by random men on drugs outside the window but you have no choice. The workers try to be nice, but are getting complaints. Idk why they made it this way. It affects the customer, the driver and the worker. I mean we can go to the window if it is safe and also reasonable because drive thru is crowded but not if no one is there or hardly anyone... You must stand outside and wait or cancel your order. Be nicer to your workers and nicer to drivers.

Not bad place to grab some burgers or breakfast. Clean enough. But do something with inaguantable music inside.

Plenty of room to dine in. Staff is on there toes, and keep up. Very busy here. Mostly drive thru though. Location isn't great, (homeless). But you are safe here w/police dept next door

They accept EBT. On my way to work i made a quick stop here to get food. They weren't serving breakfast anymore so I decided to get two mcchickens with a medium strawberry banana smoothie instead. The smoothies just taste so fresh and good every time I purchase one. The service I received was good as well.

The rating isn't for the employees, but for the restaurant. - I made 2 orders at kiosk. I took my receipts, both receipts were blank except the advertisements. - On top of blank receipts, my orders didn't even show on the screen at all. - I waited a very long time. Also I don't know how many employees were back there but there was a crowd of customers including me waiting. The employees were very busy, it was hard to flag someone down to talk about my order. - Security guard did do what he could to help me. He listened, I showed him my bank statements and told him what I ordered, and he returned with new receipts showing my missing orders (one order I got wrong, it belonged to another customer so I cross checked with the price I paid and the payment total the kiosk showed me) - I was not treated rudely, when I did get a hold of anyone they listened. Another kind customer also had to help me flag someone down when I realized I got one of my orders wrong and it was corrected when I showed the employee pictures of the order on the kiosk and cross referenced with my bank statement - The food was fine, no issues with the meals. Honestly, the kiosks need to be checked up on. And have more employees on shift. (Edit) Mcdonalds in an email only said "we're sorry you didn't receive a receipt" and didn't even address the other issues: very long wait, hard to get ahold of employees. The company is willing to make people wait a long time and have unavailable employees apparently.
