Ordered on app for pick up via drive through. This McDonald’s is on the rough edge neighborhood and has it own parking w/ few homeless walked around. The place is well lite and somewhat clean. The only thing that I didn’t like is customer service is suck. Got through the drive through and no greeting just “what you want to order”, after told that ordered on app w/ code..”go to last window” then off. Once got to window waited, then the shift manager open the window and gave you foods while taking order..then the window closed and that was it. Just wow, what happened to the manners? I did say “hi” both times but receipt nothing. Oh well, the foods are fine…understandable that this is simi rough area but it doesn’t mean you don’t have some decent manner to the customers. Glad that this is 1st and last time to go here.

Yesterday I ordered eggs only. The edges of the with were hard. Microwaved eggs? Drive thru: This morning I I'm pressed for time, an I ordered oatmeal. I get to pay and was told there are no spoons. Shouldn't the gent had told me that when I ordered?! I get it sometimes people carry utensils in their car, I do not. But the line is long and I was blocked in-double annoyed. Place to see that they accept EBT cards. Many people are struggling at least they can eat

McDonald's is a convenient place to eat when you want quick and satisfying meals. The food tastes good, especially the burgers, fries, and sundae which are always enjoyable. The restaurant is clean, spacious, and comfortable for dining in. I also appreciate how fast the service is, even when there are many customers. The staff are friendly and respectful, making the experience more pleasant. Their menu has many affordable choices for snacks and full meals. Overall, McDonald’s is a reliable fast-food restaurant with consistent food quality and good customer service.

The worse McDonald’s in Long Beach!! I’ve been in the drive through for 20mins! Trapped!!! This isn’t an isolated incident, it has been like this and more than one occasion

Manager is horrible. Keeps untrained staff working the register. Ive brought my children here over the years and they gone down hill. They let drug addicts use the bathroom and give then priority over other customers. Its unsafe to bring your family here and long beach blvd location is safer. Ive waited 10+ minutes at the register and the manager was rude , and told me to go to the self help kiosk. They dont care about customer service at this location. Last time going here after waiting 15 minutes and not being able to order
