I was there for breakfast and both drive throughs are packed and I literally just had 4 minutes to order. So I barely make it and I placed my order, and I get to the 1st window and I pay then the lady tells me to pull up to the 2nd window and come to find out my order wasn't ready it took them 20 freaking minutes to get me my order, I definitely won't be going back to that Mc Donald's, on top of that they had my order wrong!

This like many other McDonald's does not like to server walk in customers . Even with the kiosk if you using cash expect to be there for a while being either ignored or told give me a minute please while they serve the drive thru completely rude and not helpful at all I waited 45mins after I ordered from the self line but payed cash ... 45 mins for some nuggets and frys both of which were refrys .. naste food horrible service dirty bathrooms .. the way it is here they might as well just cater to homeless. Nasty .. will NEVER come back this one or the one on long beach and delamo.

Google maps shows that it is open 24 hours when I arrived at 5:17 a.m. it was closed

I don't think people realize that everything here is between 50 cents to a 1.50 more here than any other store in the area. If you cross over to lakewood youll literally save anywhere from 5-10 bucks depending on how big your order is

I thought the point of ordering a double quarter pounder was to get 2 patties not 1? I’ve always had bad experiences in this McDonald but it’s the one nearest to me otherwise I would never comeback. Time after time they have proven to have the worst customer service and get orders wrong and clearly now can’t even make an order on their menu the right way.
