Terrible tasting vanilla iced coffee, I live just a few blocks away and every time I go, they get it wrong. Either too much creamer, not enough ice, sometime no sweetener or vanilla flavoring at all. You would think it should be a fairly easy formula to make an iced coffee, it's only coffee, creamer, flavoring syrup and ice, but I go and every time it tastes different. I've stopped going altogether for coffee and now I don't even go for food. They've lost my business, Probably close to $1,500 annually. Update: May 30, 2026 Stopped in over the weekend to give them another shot on the iced coffee. They give me one that looks like it was pre made 20 to 30 minutes ago. The ice was significantly melted and it looked watered down, I should have said something right then and there, but I was with my son and was in a hurry. As usual, it tasted terrible, way too sweet and didn't even taste like coffee. I ended up drinking about 1/4 and throwing it away, complete waste of time and money. I'm complete done with McDonalds.

I wish I could give a zero because the customer service was terrible they refused to give me my breakfast order that I placed on their app. The team member claimed they cancelled my order and I would automatically be refunded in the app within 24 hours but that never happened and it's been almost two weeks since the incident. They stated that breakfast ended 5 minutes earlier. They stole 6,000 points from my account and they are still giving me a hard time refusing to resolve the issue. The general manager named Catalina called me and essentially told me to take the loss because other customers have also taken losses too. This sounds ridiculous and unfair. I have been using this app for years and I have not been back since this happened and will not be until I am made whole. Customer service had the nerve to email me back saying I benefited from the transaction earning points for an order I was refused at drive thru window. To be continued.... Very disappointing

This is a convenient McDonald's I generally don't go to McDonald's that much, but breakfast here is sometimes fast and easy. I find the specials that I find on the app. Very helpful cuz she when they're running the special. Any size iced coffee or frappuccino? Sometimes there's some crazy homeless people in this spot but other than that it's just McDonald's clean atmosphere, remodeled great staff, easy in and out if you use the kiosk

5/19, Tuesday 6:25pm The crew members are so kind here, especially the manager! I was a bumbling mess cause I get really nervous talking to people,but she was very kind and patient with me! Thank you very much!

The experience at this establishment was horrible the customer service is very poor the staff at this location has been very prejudice/racist toward Black people predominately Hispanic/Mexican environment I witnessed one of the staff take a phone from a paying customer and when she came to retrieve her property she was treated rudely they ignored her request several times and the supervisor used profanity towards this paying customer even when the customer stated she had the passcode and called her phone the staff never returned her property the security Gaurd screamed at her while standing behind her witness police being called just for her to retrieve her belongings this location has cellphones that has not been retrieved by the owners due to staff and supervisor holding property without returning it to the customer this is unacceptable if you have a missing phone and have been to this location call Law enforcement immediately this location is being investigated for stolen property I do not recommend friends or family at this restaurant location #4166
