Made a drive through order (DP77) and was given the food fairly quick, When finally had time to eat the food i relized they gave me the wrong order, i ordered 4 spicy mcchickens but they gave two cheeseburgers and one regukar chicken with no mayo. I did not have time to go back to get my ordered corrected so i decided to deal with it later, was not able to eat the chicken as it had mold. Please make sure to check your food before driving this store will poison you without caring!

I placed an order at 1:08 AM and checked my bag immediately after receiving it. I noticed that one item was missing. I hadn’t even left the premises, so I went back to the window and informed the employee. I was told that everything was included and that nothing was missing. I checked again, and the item was clearly not there. Since my concern was dismissed, I had to get back in line, wait again, and waste my work break. When I reached the window a second time, I was again told that nothing was missing. Only after it became clear that I was frustrated did they finally provide the missing item. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. If someone is unhappy in their role, it shouldn’t be taken out on customers or negatively impact their experience.

Me and my dad ordered at the kiosk and got our food, return to the car just to realize we had missing 6pcs nuggets. We left our food to get cold in the car because they took a long time to tend to us. Cashier was not having it and looked ticked off. Wet spot on the floor with no sign. Bad service.

I checked again the item was definitely not there. Since they refused to help, I had to get back in line, wait again, and waste my work lunch break. When I finally got to the window, I was once again told that nothing was missing. Only after they saw that I was clearly upset did they finally give me the missing item. This kind of attitude is unacceptable. If you don’t like your job, don’t take it out on customers and ruin the experience for everyone else.
