This mcdonald's overcharges depending on the competition is my first problem. Secondly I came through the drive through to get breakfast And I told them it was something crunchy in my eggs I told him what it was, and they intended to correct me and tell me that it was just burned. That doesn't make it any better. But I guess they felt that there is less liability they didn't care that my food was unsatisfactory and on another occasion, I was told that I could not use my discount on a certain menu item when my discount applied to any sandwich. I wanted. After the argument, I was told on my next visit, the manager had apologized. Because I was right. I can't believe some of the things that go on here on tap. Did I mention they overcharge you? Well I'm truly disgusted on how they treat people here And please claim the soda machine. I hope this was helpful.Thank you

The people working here keep this place CLEAN as a whistle they are WASHING the building down with pressure washers like every couple of weeks. they always got somebody MOPPING the floor nice and CLEAN the bathrooms are constantly checked and the staff is relatively COURTEOUS although there does seem to be a LANGUAGE BARRIER because all of them are spanish-speaking

I just came after a long day to get a coffee. I just asked if they had another kind of milk not just regular because at other mc donals they offered me oat milk... The employee said no and went to the back, speaking out loud with other coworkers about my request in Spanish Spanish is my native language... I understood everything So unprofessionall. If you doesn't have something just say no and be kind bc that is your job. Not judge your costumers.

Second visit. This time they were closed. They don’t keep their posted opening hours. I was were here a little after 7 am in the morning and they had not opened like the supposed to do according to their posted opening hours. I knocked on their door and some non English speaking person opened the door and just pointed to the sign with their opening hours (which stated that they would be open) and would not let me in. I am removing all their stars due to this. They lost me as a customer at this McDonald’s. It is a disgrace that they don’t keep their posted opening hours. First visit. Friendly staff. Nice and clean restaurant. Bathrooms are locked and not available. Ordering was easy on one of their 4 self serve kiosks of which 1 was out of order. Wanted a large cup of coffee but this was not available. I suspect they ran out of large cups. Food was prepared fairly quickly and tasted ok. Food could have been a little warmer. The staff apparently do not have a break room as a part of the restaurant is sealed off with “staff only” but the staff do not use it as they sit elsewhere in the restaurant and sit, eat and talk. In this restaurant it’s clearly a good thing if you can speak and understand Spanish.

I have given this McDonald's to many chances the drive thru is ridiculous they take your points charge the full price and they cant seem to get an order right and they are so rude! The inside isnt any better kiosks are broken and the loitering in the lobby is not safe especially for senior citzens. Mcdonalds on Telegraph is so much better staff is friendly orders are right and the food is hot and fresh.
