Made a DoorDash order for McDonald's the afternoon of May 21, 2026. This location filled the order. Ordered 2 happy meals w/ apple juice. Didn't get the apple juice. Ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal, didn't receive fries or drink. Ordered a daily double, small fry and drink. Didn't receive the small fry or drink. If I order a meal anywhere else and don't receive items then those items are not paid for. Door Dash is refusing to do anything about it. Receipt from McDonald's shows I was charged, yet the items were not in the bag.

Always fresh and fast. Friendly workers however the parking lot is a little shady. Homeless always about but they are harmless. I wouldn't leave my car unattended for any amount of time. Plus the lot is made weird. Like it's crooked or something.

In the process of charging my Tesla, I had to use the bathroom, When I went to use the bathroom, the door was locked. I asked When are the assistant shift managers to “open the bathroom and told them that I will buy something in a second. I have to urinate really bad” She responded with don’t open the bathroom till he buy something he needs to make a purchase before we can let him use our facility. Remind you I charge my Tesla here probably every two days. I use this drive-through multiple times out the week. I got frustrated and firmly asked “them to open The bathroom” but I did not swear did not call any of the servers workers out of their name because I am a service worker/manager at the bar. The lady proceeded by telling me she’s calling the police on me. On the car with the police, she said I was Very threatening and aggressively mad and I explained to her that I’m talking in loud tone because I have to use the bathroom, but I’m nowhere being aggressive or threatening truthfully my aggression was one maybe a two. But I’m still talking professional! This interaction rub me the wrong way and I will not be purchasing any food from this location!

I still haven't found a fish sandwich that I liked better than here also their mocha frappe is amazing

I wish I could give negative stars. Bad drive thru experience. I was stuck in line for about half an hour. There's no way to leave, nowhere to go. 3 people (likely homeless or similarly desperate) started walking up and down the line banging on windows asking for money. It felt like a holdup. Wild west out there at McDonald's these days. Terrifying.
