This restaurant is routinely slow. Especially in the morning. Don't go here in the morning unless you have a lot of extra time to spare without being late for work. The workers move slow. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Then worse you walk up to the counter or pickup area there is no acknowledgement that you're there. No good morning, no we will be with you in a minute ( which for them is about 10 minutes), no nothing. They act like they're doing you a favor. This is definitely the worse McDonald's in Sacramento. You should probably steer clear from it.

One of the worst Mc Donalds! From rude employees to double fried French Fries. The employees are very rude! Chewing gum while working, GROSS! They basically throw your bags of food at you. Before you can ask for condiments, they have already closed the windows and walked away. They have no idea what is going on with orders. They get confused quite easily. I have NEVER had a hot single cooked order of French Fries 🍟. They are either Double Fried to re-heat what was left in the warmer or cold as winter.

As a regular here at the drive thru..we ordered 2 breakfast burritos & 2 senior coffees with 6 creamers & 6 sugars on the side for both. They got the order perfectly right. Quick, easy & good customer service. 😋👍🏼🌯☕

Between 3AM and 430AM their "systems are down" they say for ten minute, however I've gone there a few times between those time brackets and they are not serving food. That should be advertised so people dont waste their time.

I watched an employee eating their food as they were literally making my food. It's 8:22 in the morning, and they've got several parking spots blocked off for no. Reason So you can't park and you can't go into the convenience store. It's because everything right? But, uh, uh, handicapped parking is blocked off.For no apparent reason. And there's no way to refill your drink, they keep everything in the back. This is a scummy place
