I don't think English was really a complicated language if you got a job there and when I had asked for 5 packet of spicy sauce, it is really not that hard. It was not busy and there was 2 older Mexican ladies at the drive thru station. This was around 7:40 am. Please learn to understand the language better so you can do your job properly when being ask with a simple question. I do not want to drive back for 5 sauce packet when I'm on the go to work. I think she needs more training to understand English and double checking the bags when handing out to any customer's.

Haters can hate all they want. McDonald's is always fast, fresh, has a budget menu and is one of the most consistent fast food restaraunts around. If you do not use the mobile app you are missing out. This location though, it's employees all but ignore you when you are at the counter. This whole new system thing where they prioritize drive thru and pickups with almost no face-to-face customer service needs some work. Once I waited for a good while without getting any attention at all I decided to go through thr drive thru after placing an order on the app. This made all the difference in the world. It was fast, food was good and the lady at the drive thru window (I wish I got her name now) was a sweet heart. If it wasn't for the wait and being ignored in the lobby I would of gave this place a 5 star across the board. I will be going back in the future I am sure, but I will be avoiding the inside.

Today, I had one of the worst experiences of my life at McDonald’s. I placed an order at 11:30 AM, received my payment receipt, and waited. After 20 minutes, I saw my order number on the screen and went to pick it up, but the staff rudely told me that I had never placed an order! When I showed them my receipt, instead of fixing the issue immediately, they made me wait another 40 minutes—all while behaving in an unprofessional, disrespectful, and humiliating manner. In the end, after wasting an entire hour of my time and patience, they finally gave me my order, but out of frustration and disappointment, I threw it straight into the trash. What kind of insult to customers is this? Who is responsible for this time-wasting and disrespect? Shouldn’t a global brand at least show some basic respect for its customers? Do our time, dignity, and emotions mean nothing? I will not stay silent. I will take this public, file a formal complaint, and do whatever it takes to demand accountability for myself and the countless other customers who have endured such disgraceful treatment. McDonald’s must answer for this!

Lost your business since no one cares about customers. 10 cars in drive thru and 20 people in lobby. Very long wait time. Hire more people. Went across the street to jacks. Better customer service. Had only 1 car in drive thru. Jack is always fast and friendly.

If you gonna work a fast food you can’t be lazy when someone ask to cook fresh and you bring some old ish and said you cooked to older like the customer stupid! It reminds me why I don’t eat here!!!!
