I had a beautiful experience. I take my grandson to McDonald's who has autism and he only eats cheeseburger with bread and cheese only slightly melted; no pickles, no mustard, no ketchup.Most of the McDonald get it wrong the first time, have an attitude because they got the order wrong. Not this one,accurate, kind and polite. My grandson took this photo of me, great aiming.

Now I have been coming to this McDonald's for a while due to the fact I am a guard. Now with that being said the wait time here is terrible. I noticed that I will have to wait every time I come in and they could have no one before me. Something needs to be done. I have decided to not shop at this one anymore even if I have to come out this way.

Worst mcdonalds in this area!!! Everytime there is a problem with my order. The service, the food, everything is just bad. I do not recommend this mcdonalds. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES. FOOD IS EITHER UNDERCOOKED, MADE WRONG, ALWAYS SOMETHING BAD WITH THIS PLACE!!! There is another one about a mile away....one thousand percent better than this place!!!

Staff nice but ridiculously slow. I don’t think I’ve ordered here once and not been asked to pull to the curb, even when business is slow - and when it’s busy? Forget it. I waited 20 minutes after ordering at this location before, granted it was Halloween night. It would be one thing if I made custom orders, but I almost always order food that should be ready in hot trays. Point-of-sale staff need retraining on McDonald’s CoC as well, including managers. I don’t think I’ve been told “Thank you” once at this location.

As someone who values structured service delivery, this McDonald’s in Sacramento performed above expectations.
