Terrible experience. One ordering kiosk was broken. The one that was working didn't print a ticket. Took over 30 minutes to get food. Tables weren't wiped down. Several still had spills and paper on them. Management needs to staff more employees. Food is mediocre as expected. Bathroom had soiled toilet seats.

Today I’ve had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s (2985 Freeport Blvd, Sacramento). I purchased McCrispy burger and only realized after eating about half of it that it contained visible mold. I am a breastfeeding mother, which makes this especially concerning. Serving spoiled food reflects a major failure in food storage, handling, and quality control and poses a potential health risk. This location is directly across from a high school, where many students and minors regularly eat, making proper food safety standards absolutely critical. I am reporting this incident to Sacramento County health authorities for investigation, and expect management to take immediate corrective action. Until this location demonstrates consistent sanitation and quality control, I urge others to be cautious.

McDonald's is fast food place food is not the best in the world because it is fast food but it does offer one thing which is in and out as quick as you can possibly get in and out. However in McDonald's has gone up in in price the last 2 years. No it's not cheap at all at any point in time but I remember going in there and getting the two burger meal and not cost me more than nine bucks. Now I go in there and it's like almost 15.00. and that's just for one meal.

Busy, fast service but not a relaxing dine in experience but that's cause it is so close to the high school, lightrail, Sac City College, and the local businesses..I enjoy eating here because everyone is efficient.

I couldn't even order inside. The kiosk was down on both sides and the woman behind the counter ignored me as I stood at the register. I briefly considered making a mobile order but none of the tables inside were clean. I'll eat elsewhere.
