Today was our 2nd visit to this new McDonald's and as I write this, I'm very upset. The first visit as you can see in the photos, I received a raw hamburger. After calling and explaining, I had to convince the manager to replace our lunch. When I arrived , another manager made me convince him to replace our lunch as if I'm trying to get over on them. This morning, my husband went through the drive through and mistakenly said "thank you ma'am' through the speaker - he wondered why they howled.with laughter until he got to the window and realized the employee was male. He apologized and moved to the 2nd window - where that employee ran to the window to ask another employee "hey don't you think he was cute?!" My husband was embarrassed and offended. Wth kind of unprofessional employees are working here? Get these kids some dam training. We won't be back that's for sure. McDonald's has changed yall. Edit: to encourage everyone to fill out those receipt surveys!

I’ve always been a big fan of McDonald's, but this visit was a total fail. The hash brown tasted like it was fried in old, dirty oil. It was so bad I couldn't even finish one bite. It’s hard to understand how a branch could ignore corporate's maintenance protocols this badly. Really poor management and a huge letdown.

For being fully staffed from the looks of things this location is really slow.. You can see quite a few staff members standing around waiting for the cooks to get the orders together.. Wish the pace was a bit quicker.. But.. They staff were nice and pleasant Edit: went again today.. The young staff are just plan awful.. Zero manners and not polite.. Not one single "you're welcome".. And order got messed up again.. And they only reply is to fill out a survey.. Like thats really going to help.. I know it's only fast food.. But damn.. Just be nice.. Have some manners.. Whatever!

My fav McDonald's in Sacramento. I don't eat here often but it's always pleasant when I do eat here. Drive thru super fast. They have 3 windows.

My big breakfast drive through take out was a total bust. Coffee was Luke warm. Can't eat this type of breakfast without utensils. No butter or syrup. Hash browns were not cooked properly and barely warm. Visit number 3. On 05.30.2025. Using drive again. For lunch I ordered fish filet sandwich, then as a suggestion ordered another fish filet double with lettuce. The reason I am doing a test on the shrinkflation that's happening everywhere. Well McDonald's is top of the list for prices higher with smaller servings. Yup I can confirm way too much shrinkage check out the pictures. The medium French fries were just okay. Service was excellent
