This establishment doesn’t deserve any Stars horrible customer service. The food is absolutely putrid the Manager Hazel, very rude and laughed when I was showing her my food. I have a video if I could post a video here I would absolutely. Sacramento has pretty good service been here over 20 years never really had an issue like this. The English muffins were burnt there was brown stuff all over the eggs from the big breakfast and the eggs in the sandwich were green, I could barely get a good picture of the sandwiches. She was taking them out of my hand too fast, but I got a screenshot from my video. It’s OK to mess up then you fix it with good customer service what’s not OK to laugh and be rude when something is not done appropriately. And then she tried to turn it around on me and say that it wasn’t made how I liked it and I just simply asked could you make it correctly. Sheesh

Everything was good except for the location. While I was ordering at the drive through, a homeless man kept walking toward me. There are quite a few homeless people in the area, and since I had my kids in the car, I felt a bit nervous. It’s a big McDonald’s, and I was glad to see the classic yellow and red. They still keep the traditional colors here. The staff were super friendly and nice!

I stopped at McDonald’s thinking I’d just grab a quick burger and move on with my day. Instead I ended up sitting there longer than planned because the meal was surprisingly satisfying. The fries were hot and crispy, the burger simple but balanced, and the service was quick. It’s funny how something so familiar can still hit the spot. Sometimes the best meals aren’t complicated—they’re just reliable, fast, and exactly what you were hoping for.

I have been here many times. I love the regular original cheeseburger and I always buy them when I visit a Mc Donald's. This place has disappointed me every time because the cheeseburgers are cold. The cheese isn't melted and the buns are not warm.
