Gave me a steak, egg and cheese McMuffin (it was really good), when I ordered it as a Biscut. Made up for the mistake with a bag of warm, delicious cookies. Staff are really warm, and caring for their customers satisfaction. I didn't even make a complaint about the mix-up, they noticed and apologized on their own. Great place to eat. Keep up the good work!

This place sux! I dont care if it's packed or totally empty you are going to have a 10 minute or over(usually over) wait no matter what u order. Ordered one 5 meal at 7:15 it is now 7:45. This happens every time I am silly enough to believe this visit will be different. The worst thing is the employees from managers on down, do not care and make no effort to keep wait times down This visit there was no one eating in yet and line 6 people long and 6 people waiting. Never an apology either. Do not go to this McDonald's. You will regret it!

They LOVE to play "move all the cars and fake the drive thru times" the problem is then they mix up all the orders after they back up 5 waiting cars. Here's a tip: If you want lower drive thru times, be better at your jobs. Signed, The owner of a better franchise than this one.

I went through the drive-thru and asked for extra sauce with my order. They didn't include any, so I asked for sauce again. They told me it would be extra, which I was fine paying for, but we did ask for it. They then proceeded to tell me that the sauces aren't free. At that point, I felt like I was taking the sauces out of their paychecks. I won't be using this McDonald's again.

Went through DT and ordered 1 large fry and was parked for 15 minutes claiming they were waiting on fries. When I finally got my fries they were DEFINITELY not fresh. This is ridiculous. This McDonald's is definitely no longer a fast food place!!!!!!
