This is one of the busiest McDonald's locations I've ever been to, and honestly, that's probably the best way to describe it: busy, busy, busy. No matter what time I stop by, 9AM 3PM, 11PM, 3AM, there always seems to be a steady flow of customers in the drive-thru and inside the restaurant. Despite that, the staff does an impressive job keeping things moving. Orders come out quickly, the food is consistently fresh and hot, and they almost always have what I'm looking for in stock. What stands out most is how hard the team works. Given the amount of traffic this location gets, it's clear that the employees are constantly moving and doing their best to keep up with demand. I've always been impressed by how efficient they are, especially during peak hours. The dining area can sometimes be a little messy, but that's more a reflection of how busy the restaurant is than a lack of effort from the staff. It often feels like they clean something and a new wave of customers comes right in behind them. Considering how much traffic this location handles, they're doing a great job. I'm also excited to see the upcoming remodel. This location is already a convenient and reliable stop, and the renovations will make it even better. Overall, this is a dependable McDonald's with hardworking employees, fast service, and consistently good food. I'll definitely keep coming back.

I had one of the worst experiences at this location. I placed an online order while I was in the area, but from the moment I walked in, the lack of cleanliness and professionalism was immediately obvious. The restrooms were locked with a code. After getting access, I was shocked by how filthy they were. Some stalls were clogged, and the overall condition was extremely unhygienic. Honestly, it felt like washing my hands there would make them dirtier. The dining area was not any better. Tables were dirty, and there was no visible effort to maintain basic cleanliness. Customer service was equally disappointing. While checking if my order included sauces, the staff member responded in a rude and dismissive way. When I asked for a straw, I received another disrespectful response instead of simple assistance. After being treated this way multiple times, I had to speak up. Because of these conditions, I didn’t feel comfortable eating the food I purchased. I’m leaving this review so others don’t have to go through the same experience. If you’re hungry, I strongly recommend going somewhere else. This location seriously damages the reputation of McDonald’s.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was visiting from Canada and know McDonalds to be a safe place for clean washrooms and food that won’t make you sick. This is the absolute WORST McDonalds I have ever been too in my life. The staff are extremely rude, it’s clear they do not care about the customers at all. The floor is the original flooring from childhood memories, holes in the roof and homeless people everywhere begging for money and food. To top it all off I got food poisoning and have been puking for a day now.. I knew I should not have trusted the food given the absolute run down state of the restaurant. The place is listed as a community work station but you could t pay me to bring out a laptop in this location.

Poor Customer Service – New York Avenue McDonald's I have been waiting over 45 minutes for my pickup order, and my bag has been sitting right in front of the staff for at least 35 of those minutes with no one calling my name or handing it out. This is completely unacceptable. I am not alone — there are roughly 40 customers outside waiting on pickup orders, and several of us have been visibly frustrated and complaining. The staff appears to be ignoring the situation entirely rather than addressing it. This is not my first bad experience at this location. I have had to cancel my order here five separate times due to similar issues. I have photos documenting today's wait and the unattended bags. I am formally requesting that management review the staffing and order fulfillment process at this location immediately. Customers deserve basic communication and timely service. If this continues, I will be escalating my complaint to corporate McDonald's customer servic

So bad experience every time since 7 years ago and it’s the only one on my way home, so every time you get chicken nuggets they missed the side sauce… Come on, do you still need more time to learn how to put a side sauce with the chicken nuggets or something else? Do you like dry food? Like a pets? Or the location is trying to save more money avoiding to put the side sauce with? Hmmmm please avoid this location!
