Tried to use the bathroom and found it locked—had to be let in by an armed police officer. Didn’t know using the toilet required security clearance. Skipped the food, but after seeing the bathroom, that was probably the right call. The toilet seat was so loose it felt like a trap. If your survival depends on leg strength, something’s clearly wrong.

They were really quick and polite while I waited The bathroom is clean and there is a code to get onup them. But if the restaurant is busy, the security man will open it up for you

It is expected that you will wait in this drive thru for a minimum of 10 min before ordering. No matter the time of day. I have not found a good time that this place is not busy. I’ve been in line as I’m typing this for 8 minutes already. To have my order taken. They also have us ordering at the first window and not at the leaked box so people probably can’t even see what they want to order making it longer. If this is supposed to be a quick stop before work or on your lunch break don’t do it! It’s not fast casual. You can probably get your food made at &Pizza or tropical smoothie way faster and better quality. Never again. Officially late to work. And it’s 5:40 M now. Another 2 min gone by as I’ve continued typing . You’re a 24 hour location. So there’s no excuses it’s not like you just opened.

This place is hands down the worst McDonald’s ever. The service is abysmal and the staff is rude. Avoid at all costs. Waited over 20 minutes in the drive through with only 3 cars ahead
