My husband and I had an Awful experience at McDonald’s. Extremely disappointed we ordered 20 nuggets and two McChickens. There was a bone in one of the nuggets. Ruined the meal for us. Might be the worst McDonald’s in Canada and USA. It felt absolutely disgusting and is a choking hazard. Nuggets are supposed to be boneless. Could’ve ended way worse if we didn’t just take a bite out of it. We can’t even get ourselves to go to other locations as we keep thinking about a bone in the nugget. Makes us extremely uncomfortable and disgusted.

I don't have issues with the service because I always take my food to go but I think that all of these places are becoming more humanless everytime. They have a machine so you can order while you wait and barely any human interaction.

Hi! This McDonald don’t have no good customer service and no good trustworthy , I ordered a 10piece large meal with a sweettea, when I found my order my fries not filling up is like they gave me a small, come on now us as a customer we paid for the food we didn’t ask for the food free, and the worst thing, my sweettea have coffee on it, because I can taste the coffee in it, please you guys can do better, if you guys don’t want to be sue, do better then worst because that’s a shame to you guys.Respectful thank you for your understanding !

Food here is the usual McDonald's offerings, but this location has a couple issues. 1) the restaurant is small. It only has room for one ordering kiosk. If people are ahead of you, then you have to wait just to place an order, never mind actually getting your food. This problem doesn't apply to using the drive-thru or to advance orders via the web or placed via the chain's app. 2) The restaurant is expensive. A Filet 'o Fish sandwich with a small piece of fish costs over 5 1/2 dollars. "Large" french fries , which aren't very large, cost over 4 dollars. Service is timely and friendly. Premises are clean.

The manager that worked overnight until midnight on 1 April by the name of BELKIN is encouraging the abuse and disrespect of community members and customers by making character damaging and discriminatory comments in regards to gender to her subordinate employees. More specifically, she will target specific customers and call them “queer“ even though they are female as an expression of her personal dissatisfaction in handling matters, she will use this method insult to appease her inability to cope with customers. Keep in mind that this is a civil right violation for discrimination based on sex gender. And, of course it is a high insult. The reason for this insult coming from the manager BELKIN of this location was for a request to replace an “expired” (over 15 minutes) cheeseburger, which was served to the customer.
