This mc Donald’s make the entire franchise look horrible customer service I was rush at the intercom the was asked to come to window where I was even more rushed then I can’t see what they say I’m order whole entire order was wrong then they got mc chicken plain wrong 3 times then forgot my drink so much they did wrong I don’t wanna type no more Mc Donald’s yall need to do better food already acceptable but not good im over it never again

Absolutely terrible experience at McDonald’s. The staff was extremely rude and acted like helping customers was a problem. The manager who started her shift around 2 PM was aggressive, unprofessional, and refused to give her name when asked. She was disrespectful the entire interaction. Even worse, it felt like favoritism because she appeared to be related to another manager there. This place seriously needs accountability and proper customer service training. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time at McDonald’s. Employees were unhelpful and had terrible attitudes. The manager on shift after 2 PM was especially aggressive and confrontational. She refused to identify herself and handled the situation in a completely unprofessional way. Management clearly has no standards here. Avoid this McDonald’s location if you expect basic respect. Staff members were rude from the start, and the manager working around 2 PM was hostile, dismissive, and acted completely unprofessional. She wouldn’t provide her name and seemed protected because of personal connections with another manager. Completely unacceptable behavior for a business serving customers. This McDonald’s has one of the worst management teams I’ve ever dealt with. The manager who came in around 2 PM was aggressive, disrespectful, and lacked basic professionalism. Staff was rude and unwilling to help with anything. When I asked for the manager’s name, she refused to give it. Corporate seriously needs to investigate this location.

I had a terrible experience at McDonald’s because of a manager named Luci or Lucy who was working the afternoon shift. She was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional when I tried to ask for help. Instead of handling the situation respectfully, she acted annoyed, gave attitude, and made the entire experience uncomfortable. She also refused to properly identify herself, which made the situation even worse. Managers are supposed to help customers and lead the staff professionally, but her behavior was completely unacceptable. The customer service at this location was disrespectful and unhelpful, and this manager’s attitude seriously reflects badly on the store.

Ordered food at 1:35 A.M through app. When I arrived, the food wasn’t ready and didn’t even show up on the screen and almost left empty-handed. On top of that, it did not let me cancel the order because it was supposedly “getting made” , which wasn’t happening. Out of all the times I’ve visited this McDonalds, the app never failed me until today. I recommend paying in person and not on the app.

Place is a joke. Instead of managing his restaurant, GM has nothing better to do than sit outside and tow people’s cars. Even towed a guys truck that was inside eating lunch. Maybe worry more about the horrifyingly low level of your food quality before trying to play parking police.
