They took more than 50 minutes to give me an order of 1 hamburger and 10-piece nuggets. After repeatedly asking to speak with the person in charge, no one came forward. When I finally received my order, it wasn’t even what I had asked for. When I told them I was upset, they started laughing about the situation. I understand this is a McDonald’s, but honestly, avoid this location. Taco Bell or Subway would probably be a better option.

It’s the basic McDonalds not so different from others. It’s pretty new- it was reconstructed. I definitely recommend buying there a breakfast and afterwards head straight to the Miami Beach. Also the ice cream mashing was working at the time I visited the place :). The staff was helpful and even understand my friend which wasn’t talking so good English. The waiting time wasn’t great and the table service wasn’t great as well - they didn’t bring us the food to the table.

Service was the slowest our group had ever witnessed in a fast food establishment. Clearly, no manager was on duty the day we visited for lunch, 3/8/26. It might've been forgivable if it were exceptionally busy but, they have no drive-through and essentially have an extra employee to help out since the cashier's job is handled almost entirely by unmanned kiosks. This location would seem to be a high profile spot for McDonald's. Some boot camp style remedial training for their supervisors and managers would appear to be in order.

RUBBERY UNCOOKED CHICKEN , BAD ATTITUDE FROM STAFF. DO NOT COME TO THIS MCDONALDs . It worth the drive to go somewhere else .
