Went to the drive-through had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes so somebody can take my order. She was extremely rude while her Voice will progressively get more angrier and rude with zero customer service and refused to understand that I could barely hear her because somebody in the background was making too much noise. This young lady claimed I was being too slow for her and soft. Horrible service.

This mcdonalds claims to be 24 hours, when i pull up to the drive through at 4:30AM, the lady claimed to be closed but when i approach the window i see the curly headed woman serve the police officer in front of me. I asked the lady why they refused me service but served the police officer and she responded “how do you know it was food in that bag”. I decided to call the same McDonald’s asking what time they opened and they told me that they started serving at 5am. I decided to wait next to the speaker and the same lady told me I was refused service.

One of my oldest friends be at this spot. That makes this place a very special place to me. He down on his luck. If you see him, don't look down on him. No One is perfect. I do my best to be there for him. Life is hard. If he doesn't deserve better no one does! I am not posting pictures of him because this is not a pity post. This is me showing him the utmost respect and admiration. I remember one day seeing him years ago having a conversation with him changed the trajectory of my life. That made me who I am today. If you see him tell him I say was up. He knows me as "Garrick" tell him I say what's up. Good people have bad times too. Lets do better by uplifting the ones who have it the worst. That's what makes America Great. 🧠🤲🏼🫵🏼👌🏼🖖🏼✌🏼🇺🇲

You have people who work there who can’t even take an order correctly. I got home and my order was wrong. Then your receipts are purposely faded so that people can’t see the numbers andfill in the survey and get a buy one get one!! That is so dishonest, and it should be reported to corporate because it’s been over a week that the receipt is still the same!

The service bad the employee costumer service terribly the call us bad words the manager don’t want to give her name not either employee name the manager not give any apologies to us really my experience on that store every time I’m going thear is bad no costumer service terribly complete food cool coffee the cup old no condiments offered no napkins no thank you
