I’ve been visiting this McDonald’s for over ten years—I was coming here even before they renovated (back then, the decor had a very retro vibe, complete with black-and-white photos). At that time, the service attitude was excellent; for a while, they even offered table service where you could simply take a seat after ordering, and a staff member would bring your food directly to you based on your order number. However, over the last two years, things have gone downhill significantly. Sometimes the burger patties are still pink and bloody inside, and eating them has even given me diarrhea. Furthermore, they swapped out their trash bins—replacing the large ones with much smaller ones—which means the bins are now constantly overflowing. All in all, I feel that both the service attitude and the food quality have been steadily deteriorating. To make matters worse, I’ve noticed that many employees, after handling cash or wiping down tables, don’t bother washing their hands before preparing orders—they go straight to bagging fries or filling drinks, letting their dirty hands come into direct contact with the food.

Yo, swung by McDonald’s today with my wife after knocking out some chores, and we had to try the new Big Arch sandwich everyone’s talking about. Two big quarter-pound patties, melty white cheddar, that new tangy Big Arch sauce, crispy + slivered onions, pickles, lettuce—all on a poppy-sesame bun. We customized ours with extra tomatoes and bacon, and honestly? It hit different. Hot, juicy, way more flavor than a standard Quarter Pounder. Pretty good overall, especially with those add-ons. @McDonalds @McDonaldsCorp Service was whatever—fine, but I had to ask for ketchup like three times, and nobody bothered asking if we were eating in (so no tray, just vibes). Walked around looking for a spot, finally found a clean two-seater after dodging a few crumb disasters. Loved the modern booth chairs at first glance—super sleek—but up close? Crumbs and food bits jammed in every crevice. Not cute. Felt like those chairs hadn’t seen a proper wipe-down in days. Fries were a bit dry (probably sat out too long), still edible though. Price tag felt steep for fast food these days, but hey, limited-time flex. The sandwich carried it. Hopefully this spot steps up the cleaning game on the furniture—saw some employees mopping, but the chairs tell a different story. This was my second terrible experience at this location, and unfortunately it confirmed that my first visit was not an isolated incident but a reflection of the standard here. The unprofessionalism and rudeness appear to start with management and carry over to the rest of the staff. During my first visit, I used the drive-through and was met with an employee who was extremely rude. I chose not to judge the location based on one bad experience because everyone can have an off day. Today, however, I decided to go inside, and the experience was just as bad, if not worse. I waited 15 minutes just to be acknowledged. After waiting another 20 minutes for my order, I politely asked whether drive-through orders were being prioritized, since all of the staff’s attention seemed to be focused there. An employee responded with a rude “yes.” Instead of addressing my concern professionally, the manager came over, asked the employee what was wrong rather than asking me, and then spoke to me dismissively and without any apology. Rather than taking responsibility, she simply said they were busy and that I needed to understand. To make matters worse, a customer who ordered after me received his food before I did. When I finally received my order, I asked for the manager’s name, the other employee’s name, and the corporate number, and they refused to provide any of them. This location is poorly managed, discourteous, and clearly lacks basic customer service standards. After two consistently unpleasant experiences, I will not be returning.

How do they expect people to order in drive through with both screens broken?? I feel like it’s been months with them broken.

This location is my favorite. The workers always have a great attitude. The trick for this store - for drive thru, use the mobile app or have the menu memorized ahead of time since both menu screens are busted. 2nd, Always use lane 1 for drive thru, 50/50 chance something goes wrong in lane 2. Last, if you’re going inside, order via kiosk.
