My group placed multiple mobile app orders and paid before 4:00 AM. However, several of us never received our orders despite the payment going through. We were told the issue was that we didnt ring the order before 4 AM, even though the orders were already placed and paid for in the app before that time.Additionally, the staff claimed certain items were unavailable, yet other members of our group received some of those items. The manager was dismissive and did not make a meaningful effort to resolve the issue or explain why some paid orders were ignored while others were fulfilled. We could really tell they were extremely lazy about not wanting to make more food and they justified by saying they only did what the computer would tell them. Even though, we placed and paid our our tees before 4am, we tried to contact them at the drive thru and no one answered to ring our our orders, just for two of our group members and they cut the rest of us. When questioned, they said they could not take us because there were cars in front of us, yet they blame us by not being there before 4am, DESPITE US BEING THERE BEFORE. would appreciate a review of this situation, clarification on how mobile orders are handled near closing/cutoff times, and assistance regarding the charges/orders that were never properly placed. We canceled the order but we are still waiting if we get a refund or not because the staff at that location was so bad they didn't even help us to figure it out how to get help with our order in the app. Furthermore, the guy who spoke Spanish was extremely disrespectful by calling me nicknames and saying I did not want to understand what the issue was.

The drive thru machine wasn’t working, there was no sign. We went to the next window. Someone saw us, walked back and forth and never opened the window to say hey, go to the next one. Finally, a lady came out at the second window and waved us over. They were nice enough, it was just a little more disorganized than we expected.

November 28th, 4:25am. I go to the window and the lady says they are closed when online it says the restaurant is opened 24 hours a day. She then proceeds to say she working alone, and “I’m not doing this right now”. She proceeds to disregard all of my questions for 10 minutes. I had to drive off starving AND dehydrated because of the lack of customer service, and lack of desire to work. This is lazy. If you are at work, do your job! I did not force you to work here, the least you can do, is what you said you’d do in your interview, “MAKE DELICIOUS FEEL-GOOD MOMENTS EASY FOR EVERYONE”. This was not the first time something of this magnitude has happened either. One time, the manager said that she wasn’t serving food unless it was DoorDash. No where on the website does it say after a certain time they only serve food delivery drivers. She the proceeded to confirm her lie by saying, “We have to many orders and we just are not taking yours right now. If you are not uber eats or DoorDash then we don’t have your food”. This was November 1st, at 3:05am.
