Poor service and dirty. We asked an employee to give us a rag so we could clean the table and her response was to find another table. We ordered thru the kiosk and she yelled that our order was ready, when the sign clearly says have a seat and your meal will be brought out to you. Definitely do not recommend this franchise it’s always an issue and the bathrooms lack cleanliness.

I’m Lovin’ It! Jumping on the Service Bandwagon! 🍟👏 I’ve got to give credit where it’s due—the staff at this location actively greets and assists guests in the dining area, which is a refreshing change compared to many other Golden Arches spots. That extra effort in customer service really goes a long way, and it shows they care about the experience, not just the order.

I ordered off the mobile app the order went through when I pulled up to this McDonalds the system was down I was understanding but I asked them how can I get my money back they said I have to go through the app and dismissed me now when I contact McDonalds customer service they say the store has to issue me the refund I’ve been waiting now over 2 weeks for a resolution and I can’t even get a hold of the restaurant via phone because it’s either disconnected or off the hook. I keep getting the run around this whole time while they have kept my money.

I order here they take a very long time that was no even busy and no sauce on the big mac that was nasty 🤢

The food was okay but the service was slow. I waited in the secondary drive-through line for 10 minutes only to realize that they were only attending the primary line (there was no sign or anything, and the cars behind me backed up to go to the main line). They should have a sign if both lanes are not open.
