You seriously need to take control of your franchise, because your employees are destroying the reputation and brand of your business. Their attitude is completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. They clearly do not care about the company they represent, and their behavior reflects extremely poorly on your management. Your location clearly says it is open 24/7, yet after midnight your employees refuse to serve customers. Instead, they ignore you, look at you, and laugh in a mocking and disrespectful way. No customer should ever be treated like that, especially at a global brand that is supposed to stand for consistency and customer service. Because of this experience, you have permanently lost three loyal customers. We have supported this brand for years, but after being mocked and treated with such disrespect, we will never return to this location again. As an owner or manager, you should understand that your employees represent your brand. Right now, they are damaging it. If this behavior continues, more customers will walk away permanently. Immediate action, proper training, and accountability are clearly needed.

This local is very busy place, which affects the speed of service. I think using the drive-thru is more convenient. This time, February 16, I stopped at this McDonald's specifically because it's on the main road. They had recently had an incident where a homeless man insulted a female employee. It's understandable that this affects the team, however, They should handle it with greater care and respect for privacy (including personal hygiene), especially since it's a food establishment.

My recent drive-thru experience at this location was extremely disappointing and inefficient. I placed and paid for my order 20 minutes in advance through the mobile app, with the expectation of a quick pickup. I arrived and was the third car in line. Despite having two cars ahead of me that had not pre-ordered, it took over 10 minutes just for those two cars to place their orders and move forward. This process should be significantly faster, and it's especially frustrating for customers who have pre-paid to be stuck behind those still deciding what they want. The presence of a second order lane, which is consistently closed, points to a clear lack of good management and operational efficiency. When I finally reached the window, I gave the cashier my mobile order code. After a noticeable silence, I firmly asked, "Did you get the number?" I did not raise my voice, but I spoke clearly and firmly due to the shock of having already waited 10 minutes in total to get to the speaker. The cashier's unprofessional response was, "Don't yell at me." This location desperately needs better management to ensure pre-paid mobile orders are prioritized and that the drive-thru operates efficiently. A 20-minute wait for a pre-paid "fast food" order is unacceptable.

Please Avoid this location at all costs. Long waits and disappointments. What Could Have Been Handled Better I understand that restaurants can become busy or understaffed, and delays do happen. However, the situation could have been handled much better with simple communication and customer acknowledgment. Employees could have: • Acknowledged customers waiting in the lobby and explained that there was a delay • Provided an estimated wait time so customers could decide whether to stay or leave • Had at least one team member visible at the counter to assist customers • Offered a brief apology for the wait or inconvenience • Checked in with waiting customers instead of avoiding the front area Even a short explanation or apology would have made a big difference. Clear communication and basic courtesy go a long way in making customers feel respected and understood.

Okay, so, the workers are extremely horrible at the job. One, they have such an attitude like im sorry you work there but its not our fault? Second, they take our order wrong and it was completely messed. Third, they barely give anything and what do I mean by that? I mean, I asked for ketchup and they obly gave me one, ONE. No napkins, and again with the messed up order, my mother asked for Coke and they didnt even give it and they gave us something we didnt even order? Like...
