I visited this location on January 5 at approximately 3:26 PM. I ordered a Big Mac with no cheese, a medium sweet tea with light ice, and an apple pie. When I arrived at work and opened my sandwich, I noticed that the bread was contaminated with bugs. Because of this, I did not eat the sandwich. Since I am not from this area, I have been calling this location repeatedly since January 5, but no one has answered the phone. I returned to the store today to request a refund. The manager, Diana, informed me that she could not issue a refund because the receipt is dated January 5. I find this extremely unprofessional. A customer should not be denied a refund for a food safety issue, especially when attempts were made to resolve the matter immediately and the store was unreachable by phone. Serving contaminated food is unacceptable, and the lack of responsiveness only adds to the issue. I am requesting a full refund and appropriate follow-up regarding this matter.

I just attempted to eat at this location. Walked in at 10:15pm. I went to the restroom bc there was a person ordering. Took about 3 min and came back (the African American janitor lady was so kind as to unlock the restroom door for me). The Latina lady, pictured here, when I get to the register then says they are closed. I assumed it must’ve closed at 10pm, although I said “but I’m in the store already.” She’s said it’s been closed. When I’m heading to the door, the janitor lady then says “I don’t know why she says it’s closed, it closes at 11pm” and points at the hours on the door. I then realized my assumption that it closes at 10pm was wrong. The Latina lady was apparently just closing early to not have to operate the register or something. As a business owner myself, I decided to leave this review for the benefit of the owners. You are effectively paying a staff member to turn business that’s already in the door away. I doubt that’s the reason you invested in buying this location and what you’re paying her for. Even if the drive through is open, she’s stacking the line out there to become longer, which causes people to see it and just go to Wendy’s next door. I went back to ask her why she’s closing when it’s 10:15pm and she said she’d call the police. I get that good help is hard to find, but this person is effectively stealing from you - sabotaging your revenue to lessen her workload while still collecting her paycheck. Imagine your own staff telling customers trying to order to instead leave or she’ll call the police so she has less work. My recommendation is you replace this person as soon as you find an alternative option. For better or for worse, I’ve been going to McDonalds or Wendy’s once or twice a day recently. Tonight, because I was turned away, I went to Wendy’s instead. I will also avoid this location in the future even though I’m commonly in the area. The janitor lady that was working at the same time witnessed the whole thing. I invite you to ask her what she saw and confirm that your own staff is kicking customers out for trying to buy from you.

If I could give this location -5 stars, I would. The manager here repeatedly lies about orders. On one visit, I was told the food wasn’t there — only to find out later it had been given to someone else by mistake. On another, he again claimed the order didn’t exist, which was completely untrue. This isn’t just incompetence — it’s dishonesty. He shows zero professionalism, zero accountability, and absolutely no moral compass. To make matters worse, he intentionally drags out the process — pretending to shuffle around by the fry area instead of coming to the pickup window. Even when you ring the doorbell, he’ll stall as long as possible before finally stomping over and slamming the window open just to show how annoyed he is. It’s not slow service — it’s deliberate disrespect. McDonald’s corporate needs to step in and seriously evaluate who they’re putting in charge at this location. Customers deserve better than being lied to, ignored, and disrespected by a manager who refuses to take responsibility and acts like providing basic service is a burden. Stay far away from this McDonald’s if you value accuracy, honesty, or basic respect.

In times like these, kindness is so necessary, and the simple act of generosity from the employee at the window truly made my day. His willingness to go above and beyond turned a difficult moment into a brighter one. A small gesture can change someone's whole week. I don't know his name, but he was a Black man with long dreadlocks working the night shift

4:21 AM February 27, 2026. employee ARGUED with me via Drive Thru Speaker. I placed a mobile order in advance and when I arrived, the employee did not provide any solution about the refund I wanted . 👎 this employee IGNORED me when I verbally was asking questions. This person definitely needs to be fired.
