Considering it is an airport and crowded and chaotic, the service was fast and good. As expected, the McDonald's taste in the US is the original, authentic flavor. It has a smoky aroma that you can't find anywhere else, and the taste is fantastic. If I go back to Atlanta Airport, I would definitely want to eat here again!

McDonalds …what happened? Cold, old French fries, soda had melted ice, meaning it was sitting there for a long time…service? They will treat you like they are doing a favor to you and look the picture of the cheese. Half sliced. If you pay for extra cheese…you get the whole slice. Is that what McDonalds now everywhere or just at Terminal E here at ATL airport? Maybe…just maybe…that’s why Shake Shack at Termnal A and 5 Guys At terminal C are having more business than you. MD use to be all about consistency and friendly service….no more…no here at Terminal E.

This McDonald has fix the issues it had been here a few times after my first review. Mobile app is working my orders got to me in minutes. Heads up if you have a mobile order that’s simple like cafe make the line and show the counter your receipt your order will be severed at the spot. They are working efficiently management now is on point. Lady with the bun I don’t know her name but she’s doing a great job. She was there yesterday night and she’s working today morning. Great job MCDs

Trash. . I should’ve know it would be bad when they put my nuggets in a bagel wrapper . Just disgusting presentation . Staff scratching and dirty fingernails . Just nasty The food tasted like it had been sitting there all day . I have a headache behind this nugget meal . It was cold . Soda was watered down . Just terrible people skills Staff very unprofessional

Worst experience at McDonald’s ever in my life. Ordered a 10 pc nugget meal with a diet coke to have before my flight, when I saw the man pouring my drink I noticed he was pouring sprite and I kindly said “I ordered a diet coke” and then that’s when he said “we’re out of coke” like that would’ve been nice to know when I ordered then I would’ve asked for another drink instead. My food came out and I looked in the bag to make sure the sauces I asked for (ketchup and bbq) were in the bag and of course it was not. I politely asked again, “can I have ketchup and bbq sauce, please?” the very rude cashier man (name starts with a T and has a heavy Caribbean accent) says “we’re out of ketchup” and I said “that’s fine, can I still have bbq sauce?” he said “we’re out of that too” so then I say “can I just have a refund please” he’s like “just bc there’s no sauce” and I said yes. Why would anyone want to eat dry food? Granted, it is McDonald’s and I don’t except much from them, it’s just a quick an easy meal. But this particular establishment seems like they were out of everything. I was waiting over 20 minutes for a refund because again, when I asked for the refund the cashier said “wait for my manager to come up here” Why couldn’t you go to the back and ask for the manager to come? Another family ordered after me and wanted happy meals for their children, they were all out of happy meals. If you’re out of basically everything, why are you even open? The cashier was so rude his attitude towards me was absolutely disgusting. He was upset I wanted to be refunded because I was not happy with the service and told me that I’m “waisting their money” all because I wanted the $11.87 back for the meal I paid for and was not satisfied with. I didn’t even touch the food, all I did was look in the bag. He was so hostile towards me over $11.87 you would think so was asking to be refunded a trillion dollars. McDonald’s is a multi billion dollar company, they will recover after giving me my money back. Overall, terrible, awful, horrible, disgusting, disgraceful experience.
