Absolutely terrible experience at the McDonald’s on Clairmont Rd. The moment I walked in, the entire place felt overwhelmed and completely unorganized. Staff members were running around with no sense of direction, orders were backed up, and the atmosphere was chaotic. What made the experience even worse was the customer service from “Kassandra.” She was extremely rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was a burden. I understand places get busy, but there’s no excuse for treating people poorly. I’ll definitely be avoiding this location from now on.

Why don't you do this before rush hour or 7am like the other mc donalds? Don't you want customers? You don't to make money? Also the mess is on one side why this guy blocks the wrong parking spaces? He lost control of the cart and it almost hit a car. Smh, the only thing he has to do and he still do it wrong.

To the not very smart person mopping the parking and pouring FABULOSO directly on the concrete and damaging the paint of the cars park around him. USE A PRESSURE WASHER. What he is doing by hand in 2 hours. Could be done in 20mins with a pressure washer. This is a wasted of labor, money and time. No wonder the workers inside are slammed, if their coworker is outside doing nothing literally. Just pretending his is. Smh. UPDATE: DETAILS? YOU CAN SEE THE EMPLOYEE AND THE ITEMS. You have cameras right? what do you need his DOB? SMH. MUST B A FRIEND OF YOURS.

I’ve visited this McDonald’s multiple times, and the experience is consistently disappointing. They rarely get a simple modified order right on the first attempt, and it often takes 15 minutes or more for them to correct basic mistakes. Their drive-through window advertises 24-hour service, yet they are frequently closed around 3–4 AM. The posted hours do not match their actual operations, which is frustrating and misleading. Save yourself the inconvenience and choose another McDonald’s location. There’s no reason to tolerate the slow service and constant inaccuracies here.

Station is relatively new and the pumps were clean and well lit. They also had the cheapest gas in the area when I last filled up.
