Subject: Formal Customer Service Complaint Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience at this location and am submitting this for corporate review. I waited at the drive-thru window for approximately eight minutes without being greeted or assisted. There were also two additional vehicles behind me waiting with no response. I then drove to the entrance, where a team member greeted me and referred me to a manager named Marcus. He explained that the team was celebrating an accomplishment, which is why no one was available at the window. While I understand recognizing team achievements, customer service should remain the priority. Marcus offered to take my order but stated that I would need to re-enter the drive-thru line and drive around again to complete payment. When I expressed concern regarding customer service and this process, I was met with a dismissive attitude. He then stated I could speak with another manager; however, no additional manager ever came. Eventually, my order was taken and payment was processed at the front, but the situation had already been mishandled. Marcus’s explanation and demeanor were unprofessional, and customers should not be left unattended due to internal celebrations. Overall, this experience was disappointing and did not meet reasonable service expectations.

The staff extemely polite but the order from drive thru was completely wrong. We requested no pickles on burger, there were pickles, There were no fries in the children's meal. We requested fries hot and received them slightly warm. Also extra fries as side oder was not in bag. We checked order before leaving drive thu so we suggest you do the same. Staff was courteous and fixed order.

I recently placed an order and ordered two large Sprites specifically to collect Monopoly points, but both cups I received were blank (no Monopoly game pieces). In the same order, I also redeemed a large fries using my rewards, and that item did include Monopoly points — so I know this location is participating in the promotion. Order number 09 on 10/25/2025 @ 11:55PM

Just keep on going past this one and hit up one of the other ones because if they're not under cooking your food, you get your order to find out only half of it's in there. Do better I know it's a crap job but come on

The good first: the ladies and staff in the afternoon are very nice and fast. Customers appreciate this. The bad: the restrooms smell awful. Also the morning ladies are gossipy, bitter and rude. They talk horribly about their co-workers in spanish. Roselyn es muy gritona. They are always screaming and arguing. And ladies your English may not be good but don't take it on your customers. We try to understand as good as possible. Bad attitudes don't help 🙄 Vayan a la Iglesia. Rezen.
