This location is very disappointing. I’m not sure if the management team truly cares about customer service. I was sitting in lane 2 for about 5 minutes waiting to place my order. Another employee even paged the lane and mentioned that the person taking orders was working both lanes which is most likely true However, I watched her take several lane 1 orders while continuing to skip over me. If the girl can page the lane and mention that the other lady was taking two lanes she could have simply helped her out as a team! At that point, I decided to come inside and place my order instead. Unfortunately, I still received the wrong order, and the sizes of my refreshers were incorrect as well. There were also no sauces in the bag. As a McDonald’s manager myself, I understand that mistakes can happen, but the overall level of service was unacceptable. If this had been a shop or evaluation, this location likely would not have passed. I also noticed several other customers returning food and expressing frustration with the staff. This experience showed a lack of organization, communication, and attention to customer service. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future customers.

The workers at this location are very rude, inefficient, and apparently too ignorant to operate the register enough to give receipts. Both of the windows should be able to provide one, but laziness prevails. This place needs to put efficient & personable people on registers & if you can't hack that, just shut this location down. It's bad enough that all the portions are shrinking while the price goes up. Now we have crappy service to boot. People pay this place too much money for mess like this.

The service is bad , my McDonald’s fries are always soggy and they never give me the right portions , it looked like the employees ate my fries . The sweat tea I had was slimy. They don’t clean there sweet tea dispenser

I recently visited a McDonald’s drive-thru and had a very disappointing experience. The employee assisting me was disrespectful and unprofessional in their attitude and communication. Customer service is extremely important, and this interaction did not meet basic expectations. I believe additional training in professionalism and customer interaction would be beneficial for the staff at this location. I hope this issue can be addressed so future customers have a better experience.

Burger was cold, cheese wasn't even melted. Fries barwly warm. Why are yall always out of something? How are you out of ketchup. Please do better.
