Ordered a 4-piece nugget Happy Meal and received four pickles instead of nuggets. Notified staff immediately and waited over 30 minutes with no resolution, no refund, and no manager assistance. Employees repeatedly avoided the counter instead of addressing the issue. This location appears to have serious management and accountability failures that the franchise owner should review closely.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unhygienic. One employee was picking their nose, another was handling fries with bare hands and no gloves, and someone else was taking out trash nearby in a very careless way. All of this happening at the same time created a strong impression that the place was not clean. I understand that I could be mistaken and that this might have just been an unfortunate coincidence, but in that moment it completely killed my appetite and my desire to order a burger. Cleanliness and basic hygiene are very important, especially in a food place, and this experience was disappointing.

I will never return to this store thanks to whatever manager was working tonight on top of the manager that was working at 8am this morning. Both women gave me attitude because I was trying to inquire about how to get a refund for my mobile order. Both manager acted as if they knew nothing about how mobile orders or refunds work. I tried explaining that the app instructed me to come in to the store but that only seemed to aggravate them more. The morning manager told me to contact the supervisor after telling me that the store doesn’t have a phone. The night manager told me that the number for the store online is inaccurate and then proceeded to tell me that nobody called the store last night. How could I if you know the online number is inaccurate?? The phone just rings and rings and rings. The night manager also ignored me after and started talking to someone else even though I still hadn’t gotten a clear answer. I never got my food, I never got my refund. I had to walk out and just let it go to keep my composure because obviously management here is not concerned in any way with providing quality customer service. It was only a $12 meal but it’s absolutely wild that I was told to come back and speak with another manager only to be disrespected and ignored, again. What should have been a simple issue left me feeling dismissed, disrespected, and extremely disappointed.

I have been coming to this location for 2 years. They are always short of supplies (No forks for breakfast plates, Out of Coke or all soft drinks and offer only Sweet tea, Water or Lemonade). They continually mess up orders. The self serve Kiosk are consistently out of Paper for the receipts.

Service was terrible. The manager on duty was the rudest person ever! They never ask what sauce for nuggets so 9 times out of 10 you don’t get any until asked. When asked for sauce she said all sauces are in bag, it only was I missing sauce but there were absolutely NO condiments. The toning lady was about to give me a sauce when the manger approached saying NO, NO, proceeded to hand hand out and said give me the sweet and sour sauce. I said again, I didn’t get any and she wanted to debate it. Unbelievable
