every single time I come here You’re in the line for 20 minutes or more. They seem to have staff, but they also seem to just be fooling around. On top of the fact that this happens throughout any time of the day. And on top of the fact that the people in the drive-through spend time flirting with you and asking you for your car instead of actual good service. I do not come here and waste your money

Don’t eat at this McDonald’s my fries were cold and tasted like old chicken nuggets then they get mad when you ask for hot fresh fries they also don’t give you your change back the manager there told me they don’t have any coins and I told her oh know I want all my change back I don’t care if it was a penny how you think I’m going to let yall have .30 cents NO just imaging how much money the employees pocket or McDonald’s makes off every customer that uses cash and they tell they we don’t do coins so we can’t give you any HELL NO I don’t care if u gotta get it out of you own purse or wallet give me all my change I worked hard for or round it up and give me 1.00 we work to hard to just let yall restaurants just have our money and yall don’t even give good customer service like NO I GIVE YALL NO STARS so better McDonald’s

I would give them no stars if I could. Just left from here you tell them you want large combo meal they make the fries large but not the drinks. I mean Large means upgrade fries and drink, then the it at the window say she didn’t ring you up for a large drink only fries like what. If I say make the meal a large you deciding which one I want for me the fries or drink. Then you can tell the hamburger had been sitting just hard and cold. You waste $40 on cold food and bad service saying things just in a nasty way. I would never serve people food that I wouldn’t eat. Just horrible service

Night shift manager said the bathrooms been shut down all day.The water turned off.So my question is , how are the employees washing their hands after Going in out the doors.Isn't that cross contamination. The C E 0of macdonald's need to come to own national highway and georgia, And I'm not talking about a district manager which an inspection worker.🤢

If I can give them zero stars I would this store is nasty over night and especially if you had a DoorDash order you get old food and the fact that I ordered through DoorDash and picked my own order up and it was old on site and they didn’t want to remake the light skin guy with dreads is very rude if you can remake half the order you can remake the whole order it’s called customer service and his customer service was trash
