Today is Friday, May 29 2026. The # at the top of my receipt is 1334. The time was 6:14AM. I ordered a Sausage McMuffin, a Sausage Biscuit, and 1 Hashbrowns. When I got to the pickup window, after waiting at least 3 minutes, an employee finally came to the window, and asked me if I'd ordered a Large Tea (sweet or unsweet was not specified). I said "No, I ordered a Sausage McMuffin, a Sausage Biscuit, and 1 order of Hashbrowns." After at least 2 minutes, the employee returned, handed me a bag and said "You had a Sausage McMuffin, Sausage Biscuit, and Hashbrowns, right?". "Yes", I said. At this point I was late to where I was supposed to be. I drove off. I arrive at my destination, which is 5 miles away, 10 minutes late. I open the bag to discover that it contained 1 Hashbrown...and TWO McGriddle Sandwiches (THE ONLY BREAKFAST SANDWICH THAT I ABSOLUTELY HATE AND IN MY OPINION TASTES ABSOLUTELY FRIGGING DISGUSTING). WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH THE PEOPLE Y'ALL HIRE LATELY? This type of crap didn't happen a year ago, 2 years ago, 3 years ago, even 6 months ago. GET IT TOGETHER PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We ordered only three cheeseburgers and one drink. We waited 20 minutes. In the end, we saw that our bag was just standing there and no one was giving it to us for about 10 minutes. That means the order was ready, but they didn’t hand it over. They gave us an empty cup so we could pour the drink ourselves. I tried to pour Coke, but water was coming out instead. I decided to take Sprite, thinking at least it would seem like sparkling water and actually be Sprite, but it turned out to be half mixed with water. The worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Don’t come here.

I ordered a big breakfast and the store slapped my food in a chicken mcnugget lunch/sandwhich box like they were feeding a dog left overs. Lazy and unprofessional.

For it to be a fast food restaurant means the food has to come out pretty quick right? Wrong! Everytime I come here I get sent to no man’s land to wait for about 15-30min. Now maybe I’m asking for too much but chik-fil-a and Wendy’s got it down.

I’m from a more remote area of Georgia so the crowd on Saturday night at this location was overwhelming. I must compliment the staff who worked that night on 4/11/26 because they handled their business and got the customers moving with ease. I literally thought my order was going to be all messed up but it was accurate, hot and fresh. Awesome job, crew!
