Will you order a fillet of fish with bacon and light sauce and then they give you no sauce and two tomatoes instead of bacon couldn’t even give me a whole piece of cheese but this one they have this is crazy Not to mention this is not my first experience here getting the complete wrong thing. I never get my sausage. Who’s the manager of this place get it together.

Watched the manager sit at a table with another manager and they all just lolligaged. Meanwhile, the people behind the counter struggled to stay afloat. It was sad to see and I’m glad my days of working is over. Finally, the manager got up after 24 minutes of talking about social media & his other employees amongst other not McDonald’s related topics. To go up to help the orders be expedited out but why watch the ship sink if you’re the captain. Why am I waiting over 30 minutes for $5 meals (4 to be exact) lol I’m glad it was cheap food. (Cheap food comes with poor service unfortunately). It’s what my nephews want so I’ll take the wait, it’s rich auntie Friday lol.

They were rude, had no customer service skills the manager Rashida dismissed me not liking the way my drink was made instead of asking me how they could correct. Multiple times I have come here they made me wait 20 minutes for a drink or one food item.

Veronica at the drive thru turned a regular McDonald’s trip into one I’ll never forget. I will definitely be coming back to this location. It’s the best service I’ve had at any fast food location, and her attitude & her vibe made my day. PROMOTE HER!!!
