I’ve traveled all over the States, and lived in multiple different locations and this is absolutely the best tasting McDonald’s. We get it at least once a month, sometimes twice. Every time the quarter pounder is juicy, well constructed, the nuggets are perfect crispy and tender. Fry’s 90% of the time always are perfect. Staff is great. I will actively avoid other McDonald’s around Atlanta to make it closer to our home one. Keep it up, those staff member are excellent

Something is always broken or out of stock... bathroom, frappe machine, etc. They're always out of multiple menu items. Just in the last week there's been no iced coffee, no frappes, no orange juice, fountain drink machine is messed up, no large cups, no drink carriers, the list goes on. The bathroom has been out of order almost a month now. This McDonald's needs some serious help! I only go here cause it's the only one closest on my morning route... I'm almost tempted to travel out of my way just to go to the Northside Drive restaurant instead.... Only problem is I usually don't have time after I get off work before my husband has to leave for work, and I'm usually bringing him home something to eat before he leaves.

Was placing a order before work. This is my favorite McDonald's on Westside of ATL I ordered large caramel frappe (1) and a medium fry. Almost being late for work I never noticed it was medium but what made me look was because it was leaking on my work pants because of the wrong lid. See pictures. Bad experience

Line wrapped around the building. Line inside the building. There is no self serve soda machines so you have to wait for a refill. After waiting 15 minutes for a very simple small order. I waited an additional 20 minutes to get a refill. 5 minutes in I asked for a refill and the young lady said with an attitude, "in a minute", 5 minutes later I asked again and she said again with an attitude "I said in a minute". 5 more minutes and she finally grabbed my cup and disappeared for 5 more minutes. Honestly I don't trust the lady with the soda and dumped it. 100% will not be back at this location.

The manager is rude and mean.. I had an urgent need to use the bathroom the manager was dismissive and rude saying I don’t have the code to tthe bathroom I was asking another employee she cut me off saying I already told him we don’t have the code. The person who did that was working around 6:00 PM A lady she was wearing gray t-shirt. That’s why I think she is the manager everybody else was in black. Mc Donald do better train your managers to be descent human being. She might be one of this store has such low rating. I cross the street the CVS people were nice with no problem let me use their bathroom. This is not how you treat people in your community.
