I already paid for my order ($17.08) using my American Express card, but after 15 minutes of waiting, the staff told me I “didn’t pay.” This is unacceptable. The transaction was approved, clearly shown in my Wallet app, and I still didn’t receive my food. The customer service at this location needs serious improvement. Please train the staff to check payment properly and communicate respectfully with customers.

Worst McDonald’s ever. The store is full of employees…but for some reason they put up this sign saying they are “closed at 10 PM for routine maintenance”. But zero indication as to how long this “routine maintenance” is supposed to last. I do frequent this location, as shitty as it is, because it’s 2 minutes from my place. They’ve never been “closed for routine maintenance”…managed horribly…who runs this place?

I stopped in for a Big Mac. It came out quickly and was exactly what I'd expect for a Big Mac. Five stars. I don't drink soda and prefer not to support soda companies through the purchase of water. Unfortunately, this location does not include a water option with their meals. For that reason, while the food was good, I'll look elsewhere next time or bring my own water.

This is probably the worst McDonald's in the county used to be my favorite store now it's the slowest in the city... Come here is you like waiting

So I'm in the Drive-Thru I normally get a Sprite with a little bit of lemonade in it and a basket of fries that's what I usually get from McDonald's but I come through McDonald's this afternoon and they're telling me they don't make baskets of fries do I know that I'm at McDonald's and I expressed them yes most McDonald's have a basket of fries and then on top of that another man gets on the intercom and it tells me that they don't mix drinks here so I had to order a small Sprite because they wouldn't mix the Sprite and lemonade. They were rude and very dry in there tone as well never again I'll go out my way to avoid here
