This McDonald’s is modern and clean, which made for a good first impression. They have four self-service kiosks along with just one traditional cash register, so it’s clearly set up to push most customers toward ordering at the kiosks. The issue I ran into was with service speed. I ordered two ice cream cones at the kiosk and it took about 15 minutes to receive them. When I asked about the delay, the cashier mentioned she couldn’t see my order on her screen, which was frustrating since the kiosk is supposed to make the process quicker and easier. Overall, the restaurant itself is nice and well-kept, but the delay and confusion with the ordering system really took away from the experience.

I'm new to this area and McDonald's is never a first choice, but became my first choice among other businesses in the area. No slight to other businesses. Both visits were drive thru. From the window, every thing looked clean. I was happy with the hotcakes and sausages, extra crispy. It was a rare occurrence at any McDonald's to actually get this request right, but it was perfect. The next day I ordered two doubles without cheese. Got it! Again this order is generally wrong. There was very little wait for drive thru. The real sealer to the deal was the level of courtesy given and professionalism illustrated; this crew had some training on customer service. Hats off to the workers and their training.

The only good thing about this location is the modern and sleek look. The service was slow and I placed a mobile order. The McRib is disgusting as well, luckily it was only a $1 on the McDonald’s app.

Waited 25 for my order, went to the counter and wasn't even on the list to be made. Once I got it, my food and coffee was cold like it was sitting for a while. I wasn't the only one there were more people having issues with their orders, drive thru people coming in that they were missing something. This place needs new management.

Restaurant is open 24 hrs waiting in drive thru it's clear they are open. Cars are pulling up and pulling off after five or ten minutes. Ive been at the drive thru window for 10 minutes in the drive thru for thirty no one even had acknowledged that they are open or closed or at least say well be with in a few minutes
