Expect to be parked if you go through drive through, and then wait 10+minutes. I've been going to this mcdonald's for years, and I still don't know why. I have never been through the drive through and not been parked unless I only get a soda. And even after you wait ten to fifteen minutes for your food, the order is wrong about 50% of the time

Ive never had the need to complain about a mcdonalds before. My kids wanted the playspace, which it does have. There were about 10 people waiting for their food so the ordering kiosk was awkward to use. After waiting about 10 minutes I went to check on the food and several groups were attempting to get refunds. I heard the manager say, "we cant give out refunds, corporate will get us in trouble". Our food came out a few minutes later, they provided no ketchup, which was specifically added to the order ( but NO ketchup at all??) And no straws. I went to the condiments station and it was totally empty, no napkins, straws, packets of any kind, ketchup cups or any ketchup in the dispenser. Had to ask for it all at the front desk. The food was warm at best. Bleh.

When I go to McDonald’s drive through I expect to order my food, pay for it and get it handed to me in the drive through window. NOT have to pull in to a parking spot and wait another 10-15 minutes. If I wanted that type of service, I would’ve went to Culver’s or Steak ‘n Shake. Two cheeseburgers and a fry should not constitute me waiting in a parking space for them to bring me my food! It seems like every time I go through the drive-through here this is what happens… third time is a charm! I won’t be back!!

Will never come here again. Took me 40 minutes to get a cup of coffee that was undrinkable, and cost me over five dollars. Yes, it was a rough day, and all I wanted was to brighten my atrocious day with a much needed cuppa. I don't have a lot of disposable income, so it's rare that I get a chance to do it. The staff was hostile, inattentive, and made me feel like I was in the wrong. A mobile order, 20 minute drive thru wait, and a 20 minute inside the restaurant wait, and it was completely undrinkable. Utterly, completely undrinkable. On my life I was not rude, uncivil, or remotely unfriendly. I felt like I was bullied. That kind of experience will have me never deal with this particular restaurant ever again. Not even if I were famished. This was unforgivable.
