The person at the drive thru didn’t even know English for one. Then they’re supposed to be 24hrs but they didn’t want to do any work so they said there’s no oil to cook the food in. We got half way through our order before they said there’s no oil and decided they don’t want to take any more orders, then they’re just stopped answering anyone at the drive thru.

try and do not have an issue with this location. There was an issue with the app for some reason and it charged me 4 dollars and 4k in reward points and the order didn't go thru so the order was canceled. that was not a problem but they still haven't returned the money they took on 1-18-2026 even after 2 phone calls to the consumer hot line, they did return my rewardpointsin the form of a Big Mac sandwich deal good for 2 weeks( yippee). DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION AND DRIVE TO ANOTHER

This is the third time I've stopped to get breakfast at this location (tbh, I think the breakfast is the only thing McDonald's is good for) and they messed it up AGAIN. The previous times I ordered through the app and tried to report a problem with my order, nobody ever gets back to you about it, no credit or refund offered. This time I order at the location and pay there, then head to work. Open my sandwich, WRONG AGAIN! My sandwich came with a folded egg instead of fried and had the cheese that I requested NOT be on it. Next time I will be going out of my way to a different location because at least I know the one on Meridian will make it right!

Came for the shamrock shake!! It was delicious but I'm a little sad there is no cherry this year. The staff was super nice and she even cleaned the side of my cup where it spilled over s little bit.

I went through the drive thru and the person taking the order was too busy playing around with someone else that she messed up my order and my coupon code. I tried calling but no one would answer the phone. I will be driving an extra 5 minutes to a different store for now on.
