Best experience at McDonald's I've had in a while. All thanks to the cashier AJ. He wad so attentive and polite. Acknowledged me with a greeting and eye contact every time I approached the counter; before I even made it all the way to the counter. Very very satisfied with the experience. Had to shout him out and let him know his dedication is noticed! 10/10

TONIGHT I ORDER FOOD IT WAS WRONG DIDNT NOTICE MY TRIPLE HAD MAYO AND MY SPICY MCCHICKEN WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PLAN AND WASNT PLUS GOT CALLED A LIER CUZ MY SONS 4 PIECE NUGGET FOR HIS $6DOLLAR MEAL WAS MISSING WONT BE RETURNING night manager is horrible she called us the lier so I literally pulled everything out of the bag 2 prove it wasnt there on top of that another customer who ordered after us received there food first

The customer service in the drive-thru needs improvement. There’s no greeting, and employees hand over food and drinks without saying a word. A simple acknowledgment or friendly interaction would make a big difference

Had been in this particular restaurant several times over the past few weeks and thought it was pretty good. Until yesterday. Waited 35 minutes for a couple of sandwiches that were wrong when I got them. I let them know and waited another ten minutes to just be essentially ignored. The girl that was working the register was new and absolutely clueless. I can honestly say that they, as far as I could tell they prepared almost every order incorrectly. I realized it was quicker to get a refund than it was to get a meal, so that's what I did. I won't return. The place was full of incompetence.

Still horrible place. Ordered two number 6 large. Both mcgriddles are burnt and hard as a rock even dog can't eat them. Got sweet tea as one of the drinks and there's no sugar in it. Tastes very nasty. Avoid this location . But many already know this place.
