I always end up just placing mobile orders, and I can get in and out the drive-thru in about 5 minutes. Quick and easy, fast and friendly.

I am 72 years old and I only coughed 2 times and then I was trying to make a complaint because I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget and I got 4 chicken nuggets and I was called to make a complaint and when I coughed the lady said “I have your information and I’m telling my boss,”then I hung up because I was upset and scared.i hope the person who said that is sorry because she thought I was younger probably.have a great day/night

Been twice this week and they always forgetting the food and sauces that go in your bag. They have you pull up to the front of the building and it's not crowded. And the food they don't forget is still cold. Messed up attitudes in the drive thru and this really just turned me off about all of them. Step your game up and hire a better team.

No ketchup, no mustard, exorbitant amount of mayonnaise, and greasy buns, lettuce was thrown on, onions were super chunky, like an Apple slice. Fries were mushy and Luke warm also over salted. Nuggets tasted like they were definitely past the 30 minute throw out point, as well as the hamburger patties. Spongey texture, room level. Instaff bickering while present. Very dirty dining room. Overflowing trash bins in fountain drink area, as well as debris on floors. Overall, not a very appealing restaurant experience.

Waited 30 mins in drive thru to get two meals, get home fries are cold; not warm cold.🥶 Drive back up there, had to wait another 15 mins in thru to fix the order. Had to wait another 10 mins for the fries to be remade, now my sandwiches are cold. I’m beyond livid. Never have issues with the day crew. Don’t recommend coming here after 10p.
