I got the new Big Arch... The burger was good, I liked it more than a Big Mac. That being said, I ordered the combo upzised to a large with a diet coke. I got a large non diet Dr pepper. My fries were a little more than half full. The Big Arch is good, but the service was terrible.

My wife and I stopped by this location for dinner before going to the drive in. We decided to do curbside pickup because we were going to take our food with us to the drive in. We waited 25 minutes in our curbside spot, and we did not receive our food until I physically went inside the store to retrieve it. My order wasn’t anywhere on any of their screens, but when someone finally acknowledged me (I had to call out to them because they ignored me) I was handed my bag of food and empty cups (they didn’t even have my drinks ready, I had to get them). The only reason I’m leaving 2 stars and not one is because by some miracle the food was actually pretty good. The crew and management definitely need a tune up; two burgers, an order of fries, and a drink should not take nearly a half hour to make it to my car.

Not a fan of McDonald's but had to use the bathroom. My son wanted something to eat ,so stopped here . Service wasnt bad it's just everything is online You know the customer service is very minimum you would stand there forever waiting on a cashier to take your order. if you didn't know how to do the kiosk or have the app. This world is microwave everything. Fast paced

Ordered door dash and all burgers were under cooked and missing fries. One pic displayed. 2nd mcds on Kentucky Ave the same.

This is by far THE BEST ICED FRENCH VANILLA coffee I have had in a LONG TIME from ANY OTHER McDonald's. They were super busy but still very quick!!❤️
