If you want ur order to be incorrect and when you speak up you get an employee with attitude and also want to wait over 30 min in drive thru hell yeah come to this location 🤣 I only went for a medium size hot coffee with 5creams/5sugars…. I opened the lid and this is what I got? Went back in and asked to please have my coffee remade because this wasn’t coffee I have no idea what that it guy at the cash register was very careless I said thank you multiple times & not once did he say your welcome smh this location sucks!

Not only did I not get sauce at all my nuggets were burnt…… never in my life have I even seeen stuff like this

This location is ahoy and miss. They do not make fries cook to order, no matter the time. Even after waiting, expect things less fresh. This is also NOT a 24hr location, no matter what is listed. Please make a doordash pick order for guaranteed service. Altogether…Meridian street or Jack in the box is a much better option!

I ordered through the mobile app 2 ten piece nuggets, a large fry and a drink at 3:59 pm. Arrived at the store at 4:05 and when I walked in, there was already 6 people waiting on their orders. so im waiting there for 15 mins, and I noticed the person on front was only working on doordash orders and was arguing with their driver thru worker because they handed out the wrong order twice. Then I look at the screen and my order said it was served so I was confused and upset. I asked the manager how much longer my order was because at this point ive been there for 20 mins, my nuggets were Luke warm, fries were luke warm and was told my order was handed out. no compensation for my time or my order being deliberately ignored. Never coming her again.

I usually have a great experience here but I just received some soft drinks from there and they tasted like dirty cleaning solution. I am mortified by this taste and can't get it out of my mouth and now I am scared I ingested something harmful. If a manager sees this or anyone that can go check on this problem it would be greatly appreciated because I love this location. But whoever handled that drink machine last on 2/12/26 please do better. I know you would not want to suddenly taste something like that.
