Since this location being opened up and transitioning to 24 hours I have gone quite a few times. My order has never been wrong though I can say the daytime staff is slow and not the greatest. I’ve been multiple times at night and think the manager, Tim I believe, runs a tight ship! He is pleasant and hasn’t gotten my order wrong to which I am very fortunate. Hopefully the day team will take notes and continue to improve. It should be noted that they cannot serve ice cream for the entirety of the overnight shift due to the machine going into automatic cleaning mode around 2:30am until breakfast! Looking forward to coming again.

The last 2 times I have been to this McDonald's they have forgotten something from my order. I don't know why I thought today would have been different. I ordered $31 worth of food and was told to pull up to the first window, where I sat for 8 minutes. When I got home, I realized they forgot my grandson's 10 piece McNugget. I called the store, and it took forever to answer the phone. When it was answered I asked if the manager was there. The guy running the drive thru said yes, and said nothing else for 10 seconds. I asked if I could speak to a manager, he said they were all busy. I explained my problem to the drive thru guy, and all he said was to come back. I went back and came inside. I didn't see anyone at the counter for 2 minutes and 15 seconds. I finally stopped the gentleman who was running orders and he said he was a manager. He went and got my 10 piece McNugget and gave me an order of medium fries for my troubles. Needless to say I will NOT be back here. Customers are advised they need to check their orders BEFORE leaving.

We been through the drive thru on a couple different occasions. No issues with our orders and McNuggets were fresh and Shamrock Shakes were cold.

This store apparently follows the NEW McDonalds model for focusing on drive thru and ignoring dine-in customers. There is never anyone at the cash register inside the store so they have kiosk. No napkins in dine in area, no condiments and no fountain drink station. So you have to ask for everything including refills. Problem is every employee is hiding in the back area out of site of the dining area. Getting the attention of someone in the back area is troublesome. They will look at you but not stop cooking and preparing food for the drive thru customers. If you dine-in you are forgotten once they drop your tray of food. The dine-in experience in the NEW McDonalds model is horrible.

My order was not correct. I ordered a large Coke, but received Dr Pepper. I ordered snack wraps and two McChickens, which I did receive, along with a small fry and small Sprite, but I did not receive the large fry that I specifically ordered and paid for. The drive-thru line was also very slow, and they had to repeatedly ask me to repeat my order. Then I was asked to show my receipt, which was frustrating since the staff should already know what was ordered, that doesn’t happen at other locations. Overall the experience was disappointing. Management needs to improve accuracy and efficiency at this place and they should read these reviews
