Worst experience, out started at the drive-thru. I requested a double quarter pounder. I had to repeat that I wanted a double and not just a quarter pounder 5 times. On the 6th time with an attitude the child at the first window finally got it correct. We had to park to wait for our order. 30 minutes only for the wrong order to brought to us twice. Finally get the food and the order is still wrong. A double quarter pounder does not have lettuce or tomatoes or mayo but all that was on the quarter pounder last night. Big Mac made with no special sauce. The worst service, wrong orders, incorrect orders it's too much wrong. This location is becoming known for being a mess. You all really need to do better.

Just left and ordered the hot and spicy value meal with a mcchicken and four piece nuggets and the nuggets container had… I don’t even know what it had in it.

My family and I ordered a great deal of food and in my hot n’ spicy there was no lettuce and it’s suppose to come with lettuce. Really unacceptable when I assured one of the workers to make sure the sandwich is made exactly how its originally dispersed. I am disappointed because this is one of my favorite spots!

We Ordered our food at the drives through about 5:58 pm on 1/5/25 lobby was empty the young lady at the window ask me to pull forward. As I did, 15 minutes passed so I go in to get my food and the lady on fries walked over and I said I'm outside waiting she ask for the 3 meal deals? I said yes! She looked at me up and down and said I was going to bring it out to you, with a bad attitude. And Yes! I did say something back. Well in my rights. So! I made this review to say this. We're not your problem it's the spirit, you see when you wake up in the morning, and look in the mirror. That's your problem. A job, is a job and if you don't like the job your doing go work somewhere else where you're happy, don't make everyone miserable because you're miserable. #PERIOD

Over a week and still the diet coke is root beer. I left again not buying anything. I can't have sugar. High fructose sugar makes me sick. And that is what's in regular soda. I'm pre diabetic. I'm not going to be diabetic. The other McDonald's on Paris rd last time I was there didn't have carbonation in the soda. McDonald's just is a not customer oriented anymore.
