I just had the worse experience in my life in this McDonald the employees are really rude and they were ignoring me, they didn’t want to take my order they took 5 persons orders that were behind me until they took mine and didn’t even give the right food they gave something completely different to what I order definitely no coming back to this location

This restaurant is hit and miss... sometimes their tea machine is working and sometime it's not. Sometimes they have drug addicts hanging outside of their establishment, begging for food and sometimes they don't. It depends on what time you go there for breakfast. For the most part, the food is always pretty fresh, but occasionally something goes wrong. I stop there when the other locations are not on the way for me to go downtown in the AM.

They are so rude and don’t know how to be professional at all!!! I did a mobile order online, when I went to pick it up they said our system is down. Then when I ask her about if I ordered online how to get my money back if system is out do I call cooperate. She responded like I said you are on our timer. I see why they get dragged out the window now🤣

Worst McDonald’s experience in 35 years and likely won’t be back at one for years to come. Ordered through a kiosk - the kiosk was out of receipt paper - the screen displaying orders did not have my number. I ask the staff and they told me they did not have my order and to order again. I order again through a person - long story short - they make both orders and I was charged for both. They give me the second order, not the first - but incomplete. I tell them I was charged twice - both girls at the register say the manager has to help me - the manager refuses to engage with me. She starts pretending that she’s too busy making French fries (there are 8 staff members behind the counter) - she then takes a personal call. I start to lose my temper and she tells me she’s too busy to help me. Meanwhile I don’t have any complete order, and I’ve been here for 40 minutes and I’ve paid twice - 60 dollars. And it’s not even busy. After causing a scene they give me the other order, also incomplete. So now I’ve got both my cold orders that I don’t even want at this point. Gave them to homeless guys. Nightmare levels of frustration and dysfunction, this should have been a simple fix.

I ordered breakfast from them and my food tastes like smoke and weed on top of it already being cold. And it was even in my drinks. I tried getting a refund but they ain’t let me.
